formation phases for his law practice clients. As an acquisition and
development attorney, he was involved in multiple shopping center
purchases and sales, apartment projects and residential/agricultural
developments. The combined per-square footage of these retail,
commercial and residential properties exceed one million square feet
and has closed, participated in the pre-sale negotiations, contract
drafting, due diligence review and research and closings that exceed
$150,000,000.00. He has served as the primary lead attorney for the
acquisition, financing, construction, and development of various real
estate ventures, counsel for the lender entity including zoning,
annexations and other issues facing developers in the acquisition and
sale of individual residential properties, commercial land as well as
ranch/agricultural land and distressed property sales.
